Study Startup: Understand the phases of the clinical trial, ICH-GCP guidelines, study feasibility, and site selction. Study Conduct: Learn about site monitoring visits, which include remote and central risk-based monitoring. Students will have 20+ weeks of hands-on training with Clinical Trial Management System and electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) Management System from site intiation, site monitoring, and closeout. This will do through real time case scenarios, clinical tasks, and other site management activities taught by industry experts.

Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance

This program provides a thorough understanding of the drug development process and its life cycle, regulatory issues across global governmental agencies like the FDA, EMA, ICH and others. Students gain thorough understanding of the adverse events and adverse drug reaction (ADRs), AE evaluation, dynamics of AE reporting, MedWatch forms, and ICSR processing. Students are given full fledged knowledge and access to Oracle Argus Safety database along with sample cases.

This program educates students about the business dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry. Students gain thorough understanding of the adverse events and adverse drug reaction (ADRs), AE evaluation, dynamics of AE reporting, MedWatch forms, and ICSR processing. Hands-on 12 week internship training on the industry-based Oracle Argus Safety database. In the internship, students develop the ability to triage the assigned cases according to industry standards.

The Helms Academy

Goodwill’s Helms Academy provides a tuition free way for individuals to earn a high school diploma through a traditional testing route (GED/HiSET) and/or by attaining up to 30 college credits. Goodwill's collegiate partners include: Camden County College, Community College of Philadelphia, Ocean County College, Rowan College of South Jersey/Rowan University, Rutgers University and Temple University. Goodwill is a NJ State Approved HiSET Testing Center.

Provides foundational and advanced skills by focusing on the “how to of using technology, digital skills and software. Certification preparation delivered for various programs. Programming includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Northstar Digital Literacy, Skills2Succeed, and GCF Learn Free.

Forklift Certification Program

Credentials: Forklift Certification

• Workforce Training - Transportation/Logistics/Distribution (TLD)

Intensive one day training session on safely operating three and four wheel counter-balanced lift trucks. Upon successful completion, participants receive a three year certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

CDL-B Training

Credentials: Class B CDL, Passenger Endorsement (P)

• Workforce Training - Transportation/Logistics/Distribution (TLD)

Provides both classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction to prepare participants to become licensed school bus drivers. Graduates attain Class B driver with Passenger, School Bus and Air Brake Endorsements, making them eligible to drive school buses, commercial buses, limos, and delivery trucks. If you are a PA SNAP participant, you will most likely qualify at no cost.

Greater Raritan SkillUp program

The Greater Raritan SkillUp Program offers residents and employees of Hunterdon and Somerset Counties access to more than 6,000 career-building virtual classes. The program includes industry certification tracks – eligible participants may be able to have their separate certification exam paid for the Greater Raritan Workforce Development Board. Residents and employers also can take part in Greater Raritan’s separate Job Readiness and New Manager badge programs, which are done in small virtual cohorts. The Cosmetology program consists of 1200 hours of instructions including training in advanced hairstyling and haircutting techniques, skin care, make-up artistry, and other related subjects as mandated by the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology & Hairstyling.

The Esthetics program can provide skin care training with practical learning that can equip you with a diverse understanding of the creative and scientific principles behind beautiful skin, professional skincare and professional makeup application.

The Manicure Program consists of a total of 300 Hours in theory & practical experiences. This course is designed to prepare students to become a licensed Nail Specialist. Students can learn the arts of manicuring, pedicuring, and adding extensions to the natural nail.
