This Apprenticeship Program will allow someone to learn the craft of insulation at the same time they're earning a living. The training starts when a man or woman enters the program and is then considered an apprentice. Each apprentice will work a minimum of 8000 hrs and complete intense classroom instructions for 576 hours. The constant mix of field experience and formal instruction for 4 years gives the apprentice the developed skills required to become a mechanic.
