As part of the United Association (UA), the Pipefitters Local 274 Building Trades Pipefitter Apprenticeship encompasses work in, high-rise apartment buildings, data centers, supermarkets, food warehousing and processing facilities, power plants, chemical installations, manufacturing facilities, waste water and water treatment plants, schools and hospitals across Local 274’s Jurisdiction in Bergen, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, an Warren Counties. The term of the Apprenticeship is 5 Years includes a required 246 hours per year of school training and 8,500 hours of on the job training.
