Practical Nursing: LPN Program

Credentials: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Upon completion of the program, you will have earned a diploma and will be eligible to take the NCLEX-PN exam. Passing the NCLEX-PN will give you the eligibility you’ll need for a career in the healthcare field. You will also be in the position to advance your nursing education by pursuing an associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) or a bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Credentials: Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS)

Upon completion of the program, you will be ready to work in medical offices, healthcare clinics, hospitals, and other out-patient facilities. Students may sit for the national certification exam – Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) exam offered by the National Health Career Association (NHA) after successful completion of the program.

Patient Care Technician Certificate Training Program

Credentials: Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A), Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

• Workforce Training - Healthcare

The patient care technician training curriculum will demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical and administrative, EKG, phlebotomy procedures, pharmaceutical procedures, infection control procedures, nurse aide in long-term care, and performance of injection. The patient care technician will be expected to handle administrative office procedures including filing and writing reports, preparing protocol, and scheduling. Be prepared for your PCT Certification Exam, (CCMA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant exam or Certified Nurse Aide Exam.

NJ Certified Nurse Aide Training Program

Credentials: Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

Healthcare Training Institute’s CNA training program has been approved by the state of NJ and meets all standards set forth by the Department of Health and Senior Services. This course consists of 90 hours of training (50 hours of classroom instruction and 40 hours of clinical instruction in a licensed long-term care facility).

This 600-hour curriculum is developed to attract many individuals to have an interest to pursue a career in a vocational trade in electricity. The program will accomplish the theoretical training with a minimum of hands-on in-class training. Contemporary N.E.C. codes and safety standards in O.S.H.A. will be taught. Setup with Electrical construction companies will enable the student to further a career in electricity application as a journeyman where he/she may continue to learn and log on practical exposure to qualify for sitting for the Journeyman Electricians’ license exam certification. Students will work for 5 years with an electric company where their work hours will be logged and used toward their exam prerequisite requirements.

Solar Energy Technician

Credentials: Photovoltaic Associate (PVA)

Each training module arranges course material and training exercises in 350 hours (or 15 weeks) to strengthen the student to become successful in understanding the basic concepts of electricity, electrical connections, and circuitry. The graduates will be able to sit for the NABCEP PV Associate exam. Career opportunities include PV system design and installation, maintenance and commissioning, and DAS (Data Acquisition System). There is a wide range of in-house labs where the students have a hands-on energy analysis and system design as well as installation.

Renewable Energy Technician Professional

Credentials: Photovoltaic Associate (PVA), Photovoltaic Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist (PVCMS), Photovoltaic Installation Professional (PVIP)

This 850-hour program, spanning 34 weeks, is meticulously designed to equip students with a robust understanding of renewable energy technologies, with a focus on photovoltaic (PV) systems. The curriculum is structured to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring graduates are well-prepared for the demands of the renewable energy industry. This Renewable Energy Technician Professional program is structured to launch an individual into a complete career in Solar Energy Technical Design, Maintenance, Installation, and Commissioning. There are two exams the student must complete, the initial NABCEP Certification and the Professional License exams. After completing the exam, the student becomes involved with proficiency to become a contractor, Consultant, or work with a reputable company at a decent earning. The program maintains and emphasizes all industrial standards and safety regulations.
